“I had a bad experience with the last dentist I saw and so I had been putting off looking for a new one. After more than two years not going to the dentist, I found Dr. Ketsela in Bethesda. She is very friendly and professional. Her office is clean and her staff is great. She did a deep cleaning and was gentle and communicative throughout. I highly recommend her.”

“Very friendly and professional staff. The cleaning is always very thorough and Dr. Nardos always asks if I am comfortable throughout the process. I've never had to wait for my appointment, I've never had an issue with my insurance, nor have I felt pressure to get a more expensive cleaning. I've been going here for a little over a year now and would recommend this dentist to anyone in the area!”

“I would love to give more starts if there was an option! I've been going from dentist to dentist and it seems like no one really cared about my teeth; all they cared about was how am I going to pay! I never got my teeth so clean until I experienced Dr. Ketsela. She cleaned them and told me about my cavity that I never knew I had and I've been to other dentists! I also had an issue with my insurance that they didn't want to pay, but before they send me a bill, they bothered my insurance to make sure they pay them what they are supposed to! She had an amazing assistant, I think her name was Anaya; she was so knowledgeable about her position! She explained everything I have to do! Honestly, I would never switch doctors in a million years! Highly recommend everyone go there! Truly amazing office!”

“The dentist and her staff were very accommodating and friendly. My regular cleaning and additional work were worry-free and easy. I definitely recommend this office to anyone that may have a little anxiety about dentists or doctors. I will certainly go back.”

“I have a very tricky mouth: due to a genetic disorder, all of my teeth are capped which means my gums are prone to irritation, and my mouth chemistry makes me prone to cavities. For the three years I lived in Maryland, Dr. Ketsela provided me with excellent service. My teeth and gums stayed healthy, and my visits were always perfectly pleasant (for a dentist, anyway). She and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Also, I never had a problem getting timely appointments, and she was rarely late. On the one occasion she wasn't able to see me exactly at my appointment time, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. “She is also excellent with crowns. I lost one of my front crowns down the sink, which she replaced. In doing so, she had to match the rest of the caps I already had. She did a beautiful job; you would never know one of my teeth wasn't part of the original matched set.“All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Ketsela.”
